Priority Performance Coverage is a limited, real-time collaboration reserved for athletes and teams who require immediate delivery, bespoke content and extended media assets beyond the event itself.

Priority Performance Coverage is not documentation. It is a live, responsive media service designed for athletes and teams seeking content as the competition unfolds, not after it has concluded.

This coverage operates within the event. We work directly alongside a small number of athletes, responding to specific requests, tracking performance moments as they develop and producing assets intended for immediate use across social, sponsor and media channels.

Priority Performance Coverage supplies a suite of individual, purpose-built assets. Each clip and image is designed to tell a story and function independently, allowing content to be deployed strategically during and following the competition.

This service is intentionally limited to ensure access, responsiveness and priority turnaround.

Extended Imagery Suite

An expanded body of imagery captured across warm-up, competition and around the arena. This suite is designed to document moments within, and outside of the arena to provide athletes and teams with a comprehensive visual record of the event.

Imagery is captured with extended use in mind, supporting ongoing promotion, sponsor requirements and season-long storytelling.

20-25 images per event. Delivered Daily.

Feature Reel

A single hero reel built around performance. The feature reel brings together preparation, execution and outcome, creating a considered narrative that reflects the full context of the event.

Edited as a priority and delivered while the competition is still current, this reel forms the centrepiece of the coverage.

Feature reels are delivered within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.

Individual Performance Clips

A set of individual jumping and atmospheric clips captured and delivered as standalone assets.

These clips are supplied in addition to the feature reel, offering flexibility and longevity well beyond competition week and allowing teams to deploy content strategically across social platforms, sponsors and media channels.

Feature clips are delivered within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.

The Investment

Priority Performance Coverage operates as a real-time collaboration and is intentionally limited to ensure access, responsiveness and rapid delivery. Each booking receives priority scheduling, priority editing and the ability to accommodate specific content requests throughout the event.

This coverage is reserved for athletes and teams whose media goals extend beyond documentation and require immediacy, flexibility and extended asset use.

Strictly limited to 5 riders per event.

$550 inc GST for up to 2 horses. $150 inc GST for each additional horse.

The Process

Step 01 - Before the Event

Ahead of the event, coverage is confirmed and aligned. For Priority Performance Coverage, athletes and teams are invited to share any specific content requirements in advance, including sponsor needs, campaign priorities or moments of focus.

This ensures we arrive with clarity and intention, allowing us to work with the rhythms of the competition.

Step 02 - Communication Channels Confirmed

We'll work with you to confirm the best contact method for your team over the weekend. We've been athletes, so we understand the importance of the moment and will make sure we fit seamlessly into your routine.

Step 03 - During the Event

Coverage begins well before the bell. We work across the warm-up and competition to capture imagery and footage as your performance unfolds.

Selected imagery is delivered during the event to allow athletes to access key moments as they go.

Step 04 - After the Event

As competition concludes, content enters a dedicated priority editing queue. Hero reels and individual performance clips are edited efficiently, with care, ensuring assets are delivered while the event remains current and within 24 hours of its conclusion.
